Thank you for registering to attend the 2024 ShopGoodwill.com E-Commerce Summit, to be held on September 12th and 13th, 2024.

Located in the heart of Downtown Indianapolis, our summit will be held at The Westin Indianapolis: 241 W Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46204

  • 15min by car from Indianapolis International Airport (IND)

  • 40min by Route 8, a public bus service from IND to downtown Indianapolis

The Westin Parking Info:

  • Daily/Overnight Valet Rate: $60/day

  • Oversized Vehicle Overnight Valet: $65/night

  • Self Park: $45/day (no in and out privileges)

Check-in/Check-out:

Please Check-in with the Westin upon your arrival. To check-in to our conference, please visit our check-in booth at the entrance of the conference space to receive your name badge and other goodies. Conference Check-in will be available from 3:30-7pm on the 11th, and from 8-8:45am on the 12th.

Check-out will end at 11am. For those leaving on the 13th, please check-out before our programming begins for the day. We will provide space for you to leave your luggage and personal belongings safely ahead of the day.

Day 1, September 12th

  • Check-in, mingle with other sellers over breakfast, and hear from the ShopGoodwill.com team on all the exciting projects we are working on currently, and for the rest of 2024.

  • Hear from some of our vendors that are building innovative tools and resources to help your business grow.

  • Enjoy lunch while hearing from sellers: how to do more with what you’ve got! Plus, time to visit vendor booths.

  • Work with your peers to brainstorm and problem solve issues that your team faces around Product Knowledge and Store Buy-In.

  • After hearing from a vendor, learn how our team is working to leverage data and creative campaigns to market to our unique audience(s) across platforms.

  • Join us at The Slippery Noodle, just blocks away from The Westin at 372 S Meridian St, for drinks, food, and more networking opportunities.

Day 2, September 13th

  • Join us for an exclusive tour of Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana’s E-Commerce Facility. While we are there, we will hear from various vendors who help us to create our seamless listing experience while enjoying coffee and snacks.

  • Free time to visit vendor booths and to connect with your peers.

  • Hear from your peers on the various strategies they have implemented to increase efficiency and drive sales with their team.

  • Meet once again with your peers to brainstorm and problem solve issues that your team faces around Shipping and Pricing/Re-listing Strategies.
